TGIF! It’s Time to Secure your Aspen Vacation Home Rental

Tis the Season, Finally!

For us in Aspen (and Aspen vacation home owners), TGIF stands for “Thank Goodness It’s Fall” and boy are we glad that there is a chill in the air, clouds in the sky and fire in the fireplaces. In no time, snow will be falling and we will all be hitting the slopes faster than you can say “pass the hot cocoa”. There are many reasons to love Aspen this time of year; the number one reason of course being that Aspen is the most beautiful place to take your friends and family for a holiday getaway, but in a very close second, you have the amazing upcoming events to kickoff the snow season in Aspen.

Looking for a reason to rent an Aspen vacation home? Here are some of the wonderful events you have to look forward to if you are venturing to Aspen in next coming months.

  1. November 25-28 , 2010 Aspen Mountains Opening Weekend Celebration. Make sure your boards are waxed and you have your lift ticket, because 11/25/2010 is the day when the snow season official starts! Not only can you enjoy your adventure on the slopes, but you can also watch some of the most daring and talented Ski Racers compete in the Aspen Winternational Audi FIS Alpine World Cup. If you love music, this is also the weekend that kicks off The Bud Light Hi-Fi Concert Series.
  2. January 15-17, 2010 Men Health Village, “The Ultimate Party in the Snow”. I think the name paints the perfect picture of what this three day event stands for; beer and wine, dancing and enjoying some of the most fun parties of the season.
  3. January 27-30, 2010 The ESPN X-Games 15. See legendary competitors like Shaun White, Nate Holland, and Grethen Bleiler battle in some of the most incredible events in the world.

Before you know it, winter will be here, so don’t wait- make sure you are in Aspen for all these fun event. For the latest in Aspen New or Aspen vacation home Rentals, visit My Aspen for all the updates on Aspen, Co.
